Our Trade Members

What is a Trade Member?

Trade Members are individuals or companies that participate in the commerce of cheese made in Massachusetts from milk produced in Massachusetts. These include suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, regulatory agencies, and members of the press who support the purposes of the Massachusetts Cheese Guild.

Some of the benefits of holding Corporate or Sponsor Trade membership:

  • All of your employees can be members at no additional cost.  Just pull them into your bundle, we’ll help you.
  • Opportunities for Pairing Events  
  • Video Placement on the Guild website
  • Education Sessions for employees 
  • Great Cheeses of Massachusetts Program (for retail stores)

OUR TRADE MEMBERS

The Charter Members formed the first Advisory Board and eastablished the direction of the Guild with initiatives such as the Great Cheeses of Massachusetts program.  The current Advisory Board is elected by all the Trade and Enthusiast Members.  The CHARTER membership category is now closed – with our tremendous gratitude to these early supporters who essentially underwrote the formation of the Guild. CHARTER members are shown below in ALL CAPS.
